Liquor Licensing - 2013 Renewals

2013
To have a speedy and successful application I always recommend to clients to be pro-active; i.e. address your Fire Safety issues in advance of the Fire Officer turning up at your door. Regulations have become alot more strigent since 2008, especially in relation to the following three areas:
-
Building certification, to show your premises complies with Building Control Act 1990
-
Confirmation regarding CCTV attached to the premises
-
Fire Detection & Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems - design & certification
You may not have had the Fire Officer come to you in the past but that does not rule out them inspecting your premises this Licensing Season or anytime in the near future. In fact it is our experience that Fire Officers are out & about inspecting more now than ever before. So once again, I would urge you to be one step ahead and show favour in front of your Licensing Judge, by addressing your fire safety needs in advance of being instructed to do so.
This is likely to be an area of frustration for you! Who do I talk to, I don't understand what is expected of me, who knows the regulations & what I need, who do I get the requested Certificates from???? Pro-Fire can take all that stress away from you. For more than 10 years we have been successfully project managing the Fire Safety needs of Liquor Licensing Applications for our nationwide clients. Our aim is to provide the client with a seamless, stressfree, cost effective solution to the Fire Safety needs within their Liquor Licensing Application.
