Description:
Submission of Fire Safety Certificate Applications, liaising with Local Authority Fire Officer and follow each application through to decision. Blocks 1 – 15 consisting of separate blocks of apartments with ancillary accommodation such as medical centre and pre-school. All applications were granted.
Multi-storey Mixed-user Development at Distillery Rd, Drumcondra, Dublin 3
Description:
Submission of Fire Safety Certificate Applications, liaising with Local Authority Fire Officer and follow each application through to decision. The project consisted of an apartment block, enterprise units and crèche all connected by an underground car park. The proposed building contained 95 apartments, 23 live/work units, 4 enterprise units and a single crèche facility. All apartments were provided with means of escape into the common stairs and then out to the external of the building where the occupants are considered safe from the effects of fire and smoke and all units are adequately separated from each other by means of fire resisting construction. All applications were granted.

Description:
Submission of Fire Safety Certificate Applications in relation to two-number retail units & four-storey residential building consisting of apartments on ground to third floor with underground car park, liaising with Local Authority Fire Officer and follow each application through to decision. All applications were granted by the relevant Local Authority.
