Description:
Large scale retail project consisting of basement, ground and first floor shopping centre accommodation. The development also consists of 52 apartments located over ground to fifth floors and occupies a combined floor area of 22,045m.sq (237, 290 sq ft).

Along with extensive pre-planning fire engineering support and the usual fire safety requirements, the development also included the design of a detailed smoke extraction system to shopping centre accommodation. A detailed Fire Safety audit of the completed retail accommodation has also carried out prior to client hand-over.
