Description:
€55m 5 star 140-bedroom hotel with extensive conference facilities, together with additional swimming pool and spa accommodation. The complex consists of 4,164m.sq (44819 sq ft) over two sub-floor levels and four upper floors, all of which adjoin an existing original 17th century house.

The original 17th century house was renovated to incorporate the hotel reception and lobby accommodation. Along with the usual Fire Safety requirements, the works involved the specification of various products and materials to upgrade the existing floor, walls, ceilings, doors and in particular a feature stain glass window to the original house to comply with the current Fire Safety Regulations.

All of the above was carried out to the satisfaction of both the Fire Authority and the project's conservation architect.

Description:
Mixed user development consisting of 104-bedroom hotel, spa & leisure club, conference & business
centre, 'Time' nightclub, four apartment blocks and basement car park.

Submission of Fire Safety Certificate Applications, liaising with Local Authority Fire Officer and follow each application through to decision. All applications were granted by the relevant Local Authority. Various pieces of onsite Fire Safety consultancy have been provided since the project was launched, notably Licensing Requirements regarding renewal of their Liquor License.

Description:
The Moyvalley Hotel & Golf resort is set amidst 550 acres of historic Kildare countryside. The development included the preparation of Fire Safety Certificate Applications for the 57 bedroom hotel, a golf clubhouse, 96 apartments, a restaurant and conference building, ancillary office units and for the conversion of the existing Balyna County Estate House into a Guest House. The works in relation to the Balyna House involved close consultation with the conservation team and alternative solutions were implemented to ensure a superior level of compliance was achieved.
